The Village Level Committee regarding the Regional Plan 2021 met on 8th December and decided to discuss the plan at grassroot level by holding meetings in the wards of the Village of Cavorim-Chandor. Meetings will be held at Cavorim, Cotta and Mena Covatem. You are requested to ask your relatives and friends down in Chandor to attend these meetings to give in their inputs.

Your inputs are also solicited through this site, which we shall present to the committee and also the Gram Sabha that will finally decide the plan.

Christmas is a season of love where we show that we care. Whilst programmes are organised for the youth and kids, the elders are forgotten. Even at homes, the elders remain at home while others go out to celebrate and enjoy the Christmas spirit.

Hence, Ganv Bhavancho Ekvott has decided to organise a Christmas Party for senior citizens from Chandor, Cavorim and Guirdolim on 21st December 2008 from 3:30 pm onwards at the Panchayat Hall, Cavorim.

The budget is pegged at Rs. 30,000/- as each and every guest will be presented a designer momento. Hence any contribution from you towards meeting this figure is welcome.
